Really Newt? (part II)

Utah Elections Director Mark Thomas said a designated agent for the Gingrich campaign brought the filing papers and a check for $500 in March, but the state was notified by the bank that the check had bounced. He said the office has tried to contact the Gingrich campaign through the telephone number and email provided on the application, but has not received a response.

Newt bounced a $500 check. Let me repeat that: Newt Gingrich's campaign bounced the $500 check that was supposed to pay the Utah ballot fee.

I don't know if this is the most embarrassing thing that could happen to Newt or if he's just laughing at all the suckers that take him seriously. Think about it: Newt never had a snowball's chance in hell of defeating Romney and he has to know that. Look at the ridiculous things that he has said-- not just the standard Conservative line bullshit, but all the crazy shit about colonizing the moon. Look at how he's desperately clinging on to this campaign, even though it's been pointless for months now.

New theory about Newt! He's trolling the entire nomination process. How obnoxiously brilliant.
